The art of reading seems to be loosing sheen among the young minds. When the teens access the digital library, they “use it” rather than “reading it”.
The habit of extra reading develops the core knowledge and the ability to comprehend complex ideas . It expands their horizon of vocabulary and writing skills subsequently making them perform well in academics. Reading expands the boundaries of our thinking, ignites our imagination abd develops our personality. Reading also lifts us up from harsh realities of life. The magic touch of reading a book, transmutes fear into hope and failure to success. Waves of thinking and emotion are generated by reading. So, the pleasure of reading is immediate and it continues to linger in the mind. I emphasize that the younger generations come out of the quagmire of the digital world and delve into the wonderful experience and aesthetic texture of reading and achieve success.
